While some venue coordinators are a bit more hands on, their main dedication is to the venue (maintenance, lights, restroom restocking, staff coordination, working sound systems, etc.) Our team acts as an extension of you throughout the planning process, rehearsal and wedding day. We’re your right-hand girls making sure your cards and gifts are packed safely, your dress is bustled, the catering team is cued at the exact time and that the Best Man isn’t darting to the bar come toast time. In short, we’re handling every detail behind the scenes day-of managing all your vendors to make sure the timeline is executed flawlessly while you enjoy the night without ever checking the time.
We’re based in Orange County, CA but work all over this gorgeous state and the U.S.! I have experience both planning + assisting in past weddings in Charleston (South Carolina), Woodstock (Vermont), Savannah (Georgia) and multiple regions of North Carolina as well as all of Southern CA + the Central Coast. We're also currently planning in Tulum, MX and Ravello, IT.
We work with anyone and everyone and love making new friendors! We also offer every client a custom Preferred Vendors List that gives you options for vendors you need within your aesthetic and price point to make the team selection an easy peasy process.
We have a tried-and-true system in place to work with you to really hone in on what makes you both uniquely you as a couple first. From there, we look at inspiration images, Pinterest boards, etc. to begin the process and dive into our custom design approach. The end result is a non-fussy, unique and styled wedding with intentional design woven into every element.
Yes! Your event will be staffed accordingly based on the number of guests + intensity of setup. We’ll discuss this during your consultation call!
